We've gathered four leaders who are spearheading local innovation to highlight the opportunities, challenges and rewards in starting your own venture. Through a series of ignite-style talks, our speakers will share stories of leaving corporate life, the challenges they faced and best practices for taking action in pursuit of your dreams.

Kim Atkinson - Ontario SEO
As the co-founder of Ontario SEO— an innovative social media marketing agency based in London, Kim Atkinson manages client communication, interaction and engagement. With extensive industry experience, she is considered an expert in the field and has taught marketing and social media at Fanshawe College. Prior to forming Ontario SEO, Kim completed a degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Western University and worked in animal conservation as a Facility Manager at Cheetah Outreach. She is passionate about community, supporting local businesses and sharing her industry knowledge wherever possible, whether by teaching, participating on boards or by leading community presentations and training events.

Kelly Peckham is a respected storyteller with nearly three decades of experience in factual television. She's worked as a director and producer in genres from news and current affairs to lifestyle, reality and documentary programming. Most recently she was a field producer for Discovery Channel's Daily Planet, profiling the smartest people and most facinating places on the planet. Kelly is trusted by brands to tell their unique stories and she works with clients to elevate corporate videos to broadcast-worthy production values and appeal. She's beenfreelance for most of her career.

Anita Sutton is a Change Maker with a passion for challenging the status quo through personal and organizational transformation. She is the Founder and CEO of SEED Learning, customized coaching and improvement plans available on any device that is an ROI rich, highly engaging and proactive solution to stress resulting from interpersonal challenges and difficult people in the workplace. With 15+ years leadership experience in the tech industry, Anita encountered first-hand the enormous impact an Executive Coach and Emotional Intelligence had on her career and mental wellness. She imagines a workplace where healthy conflict is the norm, leading to constant innovation through healthy, resilient employees. Anita's early career includes roles at ZTR Control Systems, StarTech.com and CARPROOF after completing a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University.
