Keeping my WITs about ME - My Personal Discovery of What I've Been Doing Wrong
Having unwittingly landed in technology over ten years ago, Rayanne Thorn has come to a place of truth about what it is like to be a woman in tech. The truth is - we don't know what it is like because so few women talk about it and even fewer want to help others. Time to share some WIT, discover our common strength, and prepare the next gen for greatness undiscovered.
In this webinar, Rayanne will share conversations she's had with men in tech about what she's done wrong, what she's done right, and how she can change to make it better.
- "She's got a way about her" - The Power of WIT
- Can we, as women, do something different or better to make our work lives better?
- Do men hold any responsibility?
