Setting and Achieving Your Goals

Workshop on achieving your goals

As our lives get more busy and complicated, it can be challenging to know if we’re growing and developing in the ways we’d like.

Join us for a workshop with Julie Ball, Leadership Development Manager at Lululemon as she walks us through an approach to setting our intentions and working towards achievable goals, while helping to identify your priorities and focus areas.

In this workshop you'll explore the practice of setting goals that align with your values, while also identifying what can prevent you from being in action and how to overcome restraints. The practice of goal setting isn't only about the future - it's about living a more purposeful life today.

After this workshop you’ll feel motivated and ready to tackle what’s next for you.

About Julie

Julie has worked at Lululemon for 14 years where she has been in the practice of setting a 5-10 year vision with corresponding goals in the areas of personal, health and career. Every employee at Lululemon, ranging from CEO to salesperson, is invited to do this - and it starts during the employee's very first week.

At first Julie resisted the idea of 'deciding' what to do...and committing to it. What if she failed? Was it what she really wanted? What if she changed her mind? She came to realize that setting and sharing goals can provide mental clarity, focus, and even build community.
