Sundeep Sandhu

As Senior Director of Information & Cyber Security at Rogers, Sundeep Sandhu leads a team responsible for evaluating and mitigating firm-wide cyber security risks. Her team drives a culture of security awareness and builds cyber security risk capabilities that shape Rogers’ diverse product offerings to its customers and Canadians. Prior to joining Rogers, Sundeep held a 13-year career in professional services where she managed global teams conducting IT risk advisory and audit services across various industries. Sundeep is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, and a master’s degree in International Business & Information Systems. Sundeep is passionate about building diverse cyber leaders and talented teams.

Laurie Roseland-Barnes

Director, Enterprise Sales, Microsoft

Laurie Roseland-Barnes has been working in the IT industry for 22+ years. Her first 9 years were at IBM working with customers in both Midmarket and Enterprise accounts and then as a Sales Manager. In March 2007, she joined Microsoft to work with the company’s Enterprise Partners. Laurie worked as the Account Executive on RBC with an objective to change how the companies worked together and then with Rogers to align to their go to market strategy.  Following which, she moved into Management at Microsoft and led the largest Specialty business in the Country responsible for Cloud productivity for Central and Eastern Canada. Since April 2016, Laurie is now the Director for Central Industry accounts for Canada focused on the Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Utility industries.

Kim Barrington

Director, Operations Readiness, Rogers

 In her 23 years with Rogers, Kim has had extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, developing and influencing customer-facing business strategies and policy recommendations. As Director, Operations Readiness, she is responsible for ensuring all teams within R4B Operations and Business Care have the strategies, processes and information they need to deliver best-in-class customer experience and high quality solutions to our customers.
She started with Rogers in 1996 as a wireless Customer Care Consultant in Burnaby, BC and has held various roles such as Team Manager, Quality Analyst, Training Manager and Director within Consumer Care.  In 2007, she moved to Toronto to be part of an enterprise-wide business transformation project where she became acquainted with project management, business process, policy, IT system implementations and change management.
