After spending much of her career in software consulting, Lori moved into a formal leadership development role where she was able to focus on how her company grew the careers of each employee. A major component of Lori’s role today at Pariveda is to identify and institutionalize innovative ways to expand learning across the organization and empower employees to reach for their highest potential throughout their career at Pariveda and beyond. She now works with Pariveda’s clients so they too can leverage the same innovative approaches to help them develop people development strategies - putting people at the forefront of transforming business and how you can deliver greater value to your customers.
Safdar (Saf) Mahmood is the Managing Vice President for the Toronto office. His passion is developing high-performing teams to help Canadian clients transform and grow their business. He brings a global perspective, having worked extensively across Canada, the United States, and Australia. He is excited to adopt a “think global, act local” mantra in serving our clients in the Greater Toronto Area. His areas of expertise include digital and IT transformation, new product introduction, complex program delivery, strategic sales, and partnership development. He is a board member with the Women in Communications and Technology (WCT), and strives to advocate for gender equality in Canada’s digital economy.
